HYROX is a fitness competition that combines running with functional workouts. The race typically involves 8 x 1km runs interspersed with 8 functional stations (e.g., sled push, rowing, wall balls, etc.). This 12-week program is designed to build endurance, strength, and stamina while improving overall fitness and performance in a HYROX race.
